Performance spectrum:

• Reliably removes residues of dried and denatured blood
• Causes a strong depletion of organic material and prevents the redeposition of protein residues
• Meets the current recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) for the reprocessing of medical devices to minimise the risk of transmission of the new variant Creutzfeldt Jakob disease (vCJD)
• Removes pathogenic prion proteins of various prion test strains, including the vCJK test strain by > 2 lg levels (1 %, 55 °C, 10 min)
• Supports the removal of biofilms
• Suitable for instruments and utensils made of stainless steel, instrument steel, optics, common plastics as well as materials of anaesthesia utensils
• Anodised aluminium must be pre-tested for suitability
