AQ Strip: Breathable grid tape for targeted treatment
The AQ Strip grid tape "strips" are applied to trigger points, also known as pain, reflex or acupuncture points, which are manually determined beforehand by the treating therapist.
Thanks to the grid structure of the "strips", skin respiration and moisture transport are not impeded and the skin remains in physiological balance.
Sample sizes
Each pack contains samples of the other sizes, i.e. a pack of size A also contains samples of sizes B and C.
What is a grid form tape treatment?
The tape treatment is based on a mixture of Eastern Asian medicine and Western human medicine to regulate the balance in the body by taping the trigger points, acupressure and acupuncture points on the skin.
It promotes the circulation of the metabolism and monitors tension and relaxation.
Principle of grid-shaped taping
- The AQ Strip Tape is shaped like a grid, which resembles the relationship between the muscles of the body.

Application for pain
The method presented here is designed so that anyone can use it easily, but for an improved effect, taping with a diagnosis and under the guidance of an expert is recommended.
For personal taping, sufficient knowledge of its use from books and the internet will improve results.
Pain when putting the head back
Tape on the outer right, above and below the collarbone. To the left of the sternum, at the base of the chest.
Pain in the neck
Apply tape to the left and right above the larynx, as shown.
Pain in the waist area
Apply tape to the left and right of the navel.
Pain in the shoulder area
Feel the pain points and tape them.
Cough
Apply tape to the left and right of the spine under the hairline and to the left and right of the upper edge of the shoulder, as shown.
